They did not mean to but they did offend people so i think that is enough to let them no that it is offending people.

That's your opinion but some of the cultural mascots are made to look dumb and mean and don't even care about what the mascots really mean. So people like Indians can be very offended by the Cleveland Indians mascot because it makes them look like a demon
I think that cultural mascots should be changed beacause it can very offensive to people, for example the clevland indians what is more offensive than a red indian who looks like the demon
